IRAS

IRAS is the accounting service of the Indian Railways, one of the largest employers in the world. The IRAS is responsible for the financial management of the Indian Railways, including budgeting, accounting, and auditing. The service is staffed by officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and the Indian Railway Service of Accounts (IRSA).
