IWMI

IWMI is an international research organization that works to improve water and land management for food, livelihoods, and nature. It is a member of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). IWMI works in over 40 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and its research focuses on the sustainable use of water and land resources in the face of population growth, climate change, and other environmental challenges. IWMI works with governments, research institutions, and other partners to develop and implement solutions to water and land management problems. It also works to build capacity in the areas of water and land management, and to promote the use of science and technology to improve water and land management.
